Shipping policy

Production Timeline: Chelicerae is an exclusive, print-on-demand fine-art gallery. Every asset is custom printed to order. Please allow two (2) to five (5) business days for our production hubs (Monster Digital / SwiftPOD) to manufacture your items before they are dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We charge exact, live carrier pass-through shipping rates at checkout to guarantee transparent and efficient delivery. Standard domestic transit takes an additional three (3) to six (6) business days after tracking data has generated.

Tracking: A dedicated tracking number will be emailed to you once your package leaves our production facility. Chelicerae is not liable for carrier delays, incorrect addresses input by the customer, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Chelicerae Apparel Co. products are printed and fulfilled by specialized print partners. Orders containing multiple product types (apparel, art prints, and stickers) will ship separately and may arrive at different times. This is normal and expected — your complete order is on its way.
